On this week's Highlight interview, AJ is joined by Copper and Cotton Chef Tamara Stanger. She shares her journey, talks about the importance of local and sustainable food, and most importantly, not letting your circumstances decide your life.

Discipline as Freedom

Discipline as Freedom The way we talk about freedom in general focusses almost exclusively on the freedom from, without ever asking what that freedom is for. What is it, exactly that our freedom is for?

Episode 19 – Religious Authority

This conversation is less about the Pope himself and more about religious authority and whether or not a position like the Pope's is good or not. We talk about how his authority works, what our relationship with that authority is, and get some real life examples using some of the current scandals we've been faced with.

Episode 15 – The Church and Moral Foundations

Episode 14 – The Importance of Mental Health

Mental health is slowing making its way on to people's radar and that's good. We would like to see this be something that we all take much more seriously. Mental health is important and not always something you can just shake off with a beer or Netflix binge. It requires courage, vulnerability, strong relationships, and sometimes the help of a professional.
