Meaningful Conversations With Delicious Beverages
If the only praise you can offer is super vague and generic, it seems to lack some real sincerity. Having received plenty of that style of praise, and trying very hard to make sure I'm not giving it myself, I've come to think that it does more damage than good.
A champion is someone who has moved passed believing in the leader and now believes in the vision. They are experts at their craft and easy to identify because people go to them for help. Humans have a tendency to gravitate towards those they view as better than them.
So how can a leader be no one special but also the most special? They have the most currency to spend. When I say "currency," I'm not talking about money.
I agree with both of those, but more specifically a leader is...just a person. There is no special genetic code that makes a good leader.
