Episode 253 – Natural Sinners

Brandon and AJ go back a couple weeks to their discussion about the nature of Christ to focus on whether Christ has really experienced all that we have. How does our sinfulness and His sinlessness intersect?

Did The Devil Make Me Do It?

In the podcast, I referenced the trial of Job and how God allowed Satan to torment him. The first aspect we should take notice is that Satan cannot just terrorize us. He is under the sovereignty of God just like the rest of us. That should give us great comfort. The troubling part is that God approved Satan to torment Job. That is one of those, "what the crap, God?" moments. If we are God's children, why would He ever approve our temptation or torment at the hands of Satan?

Episode 127 – Sin By Accident

This week, AJ and Brandon take a deeper look at the question of sin and culpability. If it's impossible to sin with knowing, can those who don't know Christ sin? Also, wouldn't it be simpler and safer to stay ignorant, that way you could never sin? We try to clear up these and some other confusions in this week's episode.

Episode 126 – Sinless vs Blameless

This week, AJ and Brandon continue looking at the idea of salvation, this time comparing the Old Testament characters who were blameless with the St. Paul's statement all are sinners and in need of salvation. It is a real blast from the past to our Taco Tuesday origins and one we're sure you'll want to join us for.

Episode 111 – Want To Talk About Me

This week, AJ and Brandon wrap up their look at the seven deadly sins with the OG sin, pride. Pride is an inflated sense of self where we see ourselves as better than others, and eventually becomes an attempt to take the Judgment Seat for ourselves instead of God.
