Hard to believe though it is, Easter is two Sundays from today! To try and keep it from sneaking up on us, we talked our way through how this Lent has been treating us. How have our attempts at prayer, fasting, and almsgiving been going? A little hit and miss, honestly. How about yours?
This week, AJ and Brandon have a (slightly late) celebration of 100 episodes of podcasting before diving in on the proud Christian tradition of baptizing pagan symbols, using the Easter Bunny as a prime example. Why have Christians, going all the way back to St. Paul, been so willing to use non-Christian symbols?
The Lenten practices are perfect examples of this. There are deep spiritual concepts that are really only brought to fruition once they are implemented. These concepts require action.
